The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory until 3AM Monday morning for Lee County, including the cities of Dixon, Amboy, Ashton, Franklin Grove and Sublette. Areas of freezing rain/drizzle, sleet and light snow will create slick roadways this afternoon into this evening. Pavement surface temperatures remain well-below freezing due to the recent arctic air. Treat wet-looking roads with extreme caution if you are traveling.
