Windy and Much Cooler

Now that the cold front that caused our recent active pattern over the weekend has moved through the area much cooler temperatures can be expected across the Sauk Valley today with plenty of wind to go along with it. The clouds will remain with us for the remainder of the morning with a few breaks by this afternoon. Gusty northwest winds will make our 60 degree high feel more like the lower to mid 50s.

Tonight a few clouds will be around but with some partial clearing temperatures will be quite chilly with lows in the upper 30s expected.

Wednesday is looking much better with increased sunshine and less in the way of wind. Highs will reach the middle to upper 60s.
