Weekend Remains Cooler with Increasing Rain Chances Sunday

Our below average temperature pattern, like a broken record, just keeps going and going! This weekend will be no different. While typically this time of year we easily enjoy highs in the 50s, we will be lucky if we even get close to 50!

Saturday looks to be the most pleasant day in terms of sunshine as we will see mostly sunny conditions by afternoon, though most outdoor activities will definitely require a jacket with highs around 40 degrees. The one spot of good news is that the winds will be much more relaxed tomorrow which will help take a bite out of the cooler temperature readings.

Saturday night will feature a few clouds from time to time with overcast skies looking likely by daybreak Sunday. Lows around 23.

Sunday our next weather maker arrives and brings a decent shot at seeing some light rain during the late morning/afternoon hours along with windy conditions. Highs will be in the upper 40s with gusty southwest winds around 30 MPH. Rainfall amounts will be on the lighter side, with most areas picking up a tenth of an inch or less.

Next week is looking much more pleasant temperature wise with a more active pattern bringing us a few chances for showers and perhaps a few thunderstorms as well. Stay tuned!

Have a great weekend!
