Nice to see the sun back again this morning though we had a very chilly start with overnight lows back in the teens. With the sun and an approaching warm front later this afternoon we should manage to get up to around 40 degrees for our high.
This warm front will likely lead to a few scattered showers after 6pm or so this evening. Not expecting a lot of rainfall out of these, maybe a few hundredths of an inch. A few snow showers and possibly some sleet... will be mixed in at times too. No accumulations anticipated.
March so far has started off on a cooler trend compared to January and February with only 47% of our days so far with highs above average compared to February's outrageous 82%. Amazing.
It will be interesting to see how the rest of March plays out. Right now all the longer range stuff has the pattern warming again in the coming weeks. Something to watch!
