Warm Monday Ahead!

What an absolutely beautiful weekend we had compared to last week. Plenty of sunshine, cool temperatures and light winds. Couldn’t have asked for anything better! Summer will make a brief return for the next couple of days as temperatures soar back into the 70s ahead of a cold front that will bring a chance for showers on Wednesday. After the front passes we chill back down for a couple of days and then rebound nicely by next weekend. Have a great Monday!

Temperatures sure took a plunge this past Saturday morning reaching levels that we have not seen since early May! Many locations dropped into the middle to upper 30s with even a few lower 30s popping up here and there. Here is a look at the overnight lows from this past Saturday morning.

It looks like we will be avoiding more 30s at least in the near term as temperatures will be heading to above average levels again as high pressure moves off to the east. Plenty of sunshine expected for this afternoon with highs in the lower to middle 70s.

Tuesday will feature more clouds but still a very nice day with temperatures in the 70s again. Chances for showers and perhaps an isolated thunderstorm come into play by late Tuesday and especially into Wednesday as a cold front pushes through. Not expecting any heavy rain or severe weather at this time.

After the front moves through temperatures quickly cool back down to more seasonal levels before rebounding by next weekend.
