We’re on location from Toronto Ontario Canada this morning where they have been experiencing pleasant temperatures in the lower 80s and low humidity levels. The opposite will be true for you our friends back home as the heat and humidity makes a comeback. Here’s the latest forecast. Have a great Tuesday!
Scattered showers and thunderstorms will be in our weather picture for today as a warm front begins to approach the area from the south. This could provide enough lift for scattered thunderstorms on and off today. The Storm Prediction Center does have the area under a marginal risk for severe storms with the main threats being large hail and damaging winds. Very heavy rainfall will also be likely with these storms as there is plenty of moisture to work with so flash flooding will be likely with the heavier storms around the area. Highs will be warmer in the middle 80s with more in the way of humidity too.
We’ll continue the storm chances through Thursday as temperatures continue to climb over 90 degrees and heat indices rising to over 100. Heat headlines may be required by Thursday the way it looks now. Something to watch!
Have a great Tuesday!
