Not everyone experienced showers and thunderstorms today as they remained pretty scattered but those that did got at least some rainfall out of them with most locations picking up another tenth to two tenths of an inch of precipitation in the gauge. The heavier rainfall remained off to both the east and west of the area where those towns experienced more thunderstorm coverage.
Now that the weak cold front has moved through the area, expect slightly less in the way of humidity the next several days along with a return to full sunshine and dry conditions. Temperatures today will top out in the lower 80s with a light northwest breeze.
Wednesday and Thursday will feature more of the same with temperatures just warming a degree or two each day, reaching the middle 80s by the time we reach Thursday.
The upcoming weekend still looks warmer and more humid with periodic storm chances. We’ll fine tune those in the coming days and have your exclusive Gardenstock 2015 forecast right here on Thursday morning.
