How about those bonus 60s yesterday afternoon? I often don’t like to bust a forecast but I can’t complain when temperatures soar higher than originally expected, especially this time of year!
Even though we were colder today, tomorrow will be a much different story. We’ll switch to the winds to the south early tomorrow morning and bring back mostly sunny skies. This should in turn help push afternoon temperatures well into the 50s. It will be breezy at… times, but still a nice afternoon ahead. Get outside!
Showers and thunderstorms will likely develop ahead of a disturbance after midnight tomorrow night. A few of the storms could produce some small hail with the higher threat for larger hail currently to the southwest of the area. We’ll continue to monitor over the next 24 hours.
Next week we begin a much more active pattern but thankfully our temperatures will be staying closer to normal, if not above. I’ll have more on that tomorrow evening.
Enjoy the rest of the weekend!
