More clouds to end the week, scattered flurries.

WEDNESDAY 2/27/19

Freezing drizzle will wrap up quickly by 9am this morning leaving us with mostly cloudy skies and breezy conditions for the remainder of the afternoon.

The late-week snow system continues to look much weaker compared to just a few days ago. Nothing more than scattered flurries is now expected for Thursday and Friday. Less than a half an inch of new snowfall is likely by the time we reach Friday, and very little in the way of travel impacts are expected.

Another round of arctic air arrives for the upcoming weekend when wind chills will tumble to near -20 to -25. Wind chill advisories will likely be issued.
