The hot stuff will make a one day comeback this afternoon ahead of a cold front that will be moving through the region very late tonight. The combination of strong southwesterly winds and a much more moisture rich air mass will push heat index values well into the middle 90s this afternoon. If you are venturing outdoors you'll want the water plus the sunscreen and make sure to take frequent breaks in the shade or A/C.
