A Freeze Watch has been issued for the entire region beginning Friday evening through Saturday morning. An unusually strong area of Arctic air will settle overhead for the upcoming weekend allowing overnight low temperatures to drop into the upper 20s by Saturday morning. This will create widespread frost and a possible freeze that may damage sensitive plants.
