Few Severe Storms Possible Through Thursday

Showers and a few thunderstorms have started to develop just to the southwest of the area as of 11pm. These will continue to develop and move in our direction overnight. A few strong storms are possible, especially after midnight with large hail being the primary threat. Anyone who gets under one of these storms will also pick up some beneficial rains as well.

Wednesday will feature scattered showers and storms on and off throughout the day, with a marginal risk of severe weather. Highs will be in the upper 50s.

Wednesday evening shower and thunderstorm chances continue, with higher chances as we head towards Wednesday night. Lows around 42.

For Thursday our area is still being monitored for stronger storms that may develop to the west of the area and move in during the afternoon/early evening hours. We’ll have more updates regarding this threat by tomorrow evening. Until then, definitely stay updated on Thursday’s weather as it could get quite bumpy around the local area. Temperatures will soar ahead of the approaching cold front with highs in the lower 70s along with gusty southwest winds.

Have a great Wednesday!
