Anyone ready for a warm-up? After a pretty crummy day in the clouds yesterday I know I’m certainly ready for some sunshine and warmer temperatures and that’s exactly whats in the upcoming forecast if we can just get through the next few days.
We’ll start off with more clouds and fog this morning some of which could be in the form of freezing fog so be mindful of the slick spots on your commute. Otherwise the clouds hang around again with temperatures in the lower 30s.
A fast moving area of low pressure approaches the area by this evening but the bulk of the precipitation will fall off to the west with just a few flurries expected here.
Wednesday will still see some clouds and slightly cooler temperatures but dry conditions with highs in the lower 30s.
Warming commences by Thursday as highs reach into the 40s. Gusty winds will develop by later in the day and really begin to increase on Friday as highs reach for 50 and a few showers will be possible.
The warmth will stick around for much of the upcoming weekend with dry conditions continuing. Highs should surpass 50 for Saturday so go ahead and make plans to get outside!
