First I’d like to send a huge THANK YOU to the Sterling Optimist Club for inviting me to speak about weather last evening! I really enjoyed the group!
Unfortunately for today’s forecast the clouds are going to be sticking around for much of the day but thankfully the showers will be well off to the east. Highs will be in the middle to upper 50s.
Tonight clouds will thicken ahead of our next storm system with rain arriving by dawn Saturday. This rain will continue off and on throughout Saturday with windy conditions developing by afternoon. Winds may gust to 30 mph at times. Highs will remain cool in the lower to middle 50s.
We’ll dry things out by Sunday afternoon but plenty of clouds will hang around. Temperatures will be warmer though with highs in the lower 60s.
Next week is looking relatively quiet with no real chance of precipitation until next weekend. Temperatures will continue to rise each day reaching the 70s by Tuesday. A nice looking week overall!
