Briefly Warmer Monday…Quiet Week Ahead

It certainly was nice to see the return of some sunshine yesterday and it will grace our skies again today with warmer temperatures arriving, too!

South winds will be gusty this afternoon but these winds will help push temperatures above average for a change with widespread lower 50s expected.

This warmth will be very short-lived though as temperatures will already be cooling off by Tuesday afternoon behind a cold front. This front won’t have any moisture to work with so just some extra clouds on Tuesday will be the only consequence. It will be breezy on Tuesday too as the colder air filters in.

So far this month it definitely has been on the cooler side with the majority of our days seeing high temperatures below average.

The next three days look quiet and cooler by Tuesday. Travel regionally should not be impacted by much weather this week as a strong area of high pressure remains overhead.
