The winds will be on the increase as well with gusts around 25 mph by this afternoon.
Tonight a few scattered showers and thunderstorms will be possible this evening, otherwise partly cloudy skies expected with lows near 60.
Friday will feature increased chances for showers and storms off and on throughout the day, with a few stronger storms possible in the afternoon, the main threat being large hail and damaging wind gusts. Highs expected in the middle 70s.
The upcoming weekend still looks wet but warm, with some stronger storms possible later Sunday and into Monday. We’ll keep an eye on the upcoming severe weather threat over the weekend.
