A weak cold front slipped through the area last night which will trim a degree or two off today’s high temperatures, still pleasant though for late March. Expect full sunshine to continue into the afternoon hours with highs in the middle 60s.
Tonight skies will remain clear to partly cloudy with lows around 39.
For Wednesday winds will steadily increase throughout the day with gusts nearing 30 MPH by afternoon. The strong southerly winds and ample amounts of sunshine will help boost our high temperatures well into the 70s.
Chances for showers and thunderstorms will be on the increase for Wednesday night into Thursday morning as a stronger cold front approaches the area. The timing of the storms leaves us with unfavorable conditions for anything strong or severe, however if the cold front speeds up things could be different come Wednesday night. Something to keep an eye on as we head through the day.
Have a great Tuesday!
