A Monday Treat!

The humidity will finally be erased today as the cold front responsible for yesterdays scattered shower and storm activity continues to sink further south of the area. We’ll enjoy a refreshing northeast breeze which will keep our temperatures down this afternoon under a mix of sun and clouds. Look for highs in the upper 70s. Another winner of a day Tuesday, too!

We’ll be watching the chance for a few strong to severe storms on Wednesday ahead of a cold front that will likely bring us a much better weekend next week with cool temperatures and low humidity.

River flooding will continue this week with the rock river at Dixon expected to fall below flood stage around late Monday night into Tuesday morning.

The rock river at Como will continue to remain in major flood stage through the entire week and into the first part of next week.
