4th of July Forecast

Happy 4th of July everyone from all of us here at SaukValleyWeather.com. We hope that you have a safe, and fun holiday today (even if you are working), and that you can enjoy what little festivities remain.

Our forecast for today looks mainly dry. An extremely slight risk for a popup shower this afternoon mainly between 2PM-5PM will be possible, otherwise we will remain dry, perfect for shooting off any of those fireworks you may have left. Tonight more clouds roll in with temperatures remaining in the mid 60s.

Looking ahead, summer temperatures continue in the 80s tomorrow, along with a very slight chance for another popup shower or thunderstorm, but many of us should remain dry.

Thursday we do introduce our next active weather system. It’s not something to get to excited for as it will likely continue to change placement. However, it is something that may impact the area late on Thursday evening/night depending on placement, which is why I will introduce a risk for strong/severe thunderstorm chances for Thursday night. Mainly a risk for strong winds and some hail. Below is our risk category from the SPC currently leaving our forecast area under a slight risk.

Have an excellent 4th of July!
