Colder Weekend, Accumulating Snow Early Next Week

Thermometers everywhere took a dramatic hit late yesterday afternoon as a powerful cold front swept through the region. We won’t be seeing 50s today, instead upper teens and lower 20s will be widespread under decreasing cloudiness.

This weekend will feature chilly temperatures with increasing chances for accumulating snow as we head into next week. We’ll fine tune that accumulation forecast over the next 48 hours.

In 2016 he received his B.S. in Meteorology from Northern Illinois University.
